Combined postage and packing charges.

However, if the total of the single products exceeds the actual postal and packaging costs, a refund will be given of the difference.
You will never pay more than the actual postage and packing costs of your order.

In the vast majority of cases, you will only pay a proportion of any postage and packaging costs involved.

Collection of orders are available from our Hereford shop at no extra cost.
Any postage charges paid on the Ebay selling platform will then be refunded when the order is collected.

Packing/handling charges.
We add a flat fee to all orders to cover our packaging costs.
This is a per order fee, and not a per product fee.
This will be reflecetd in our P & P charges where applicable.

Returns Policy
• Returns are accepted
• UK residents are also covered by extra legislation and may return the product to us for any reason within 7 days after receiving the product.

• We will pay for all return postal costs, provided that the following applies.
• All returned goods must be in an 'As new' condition and should not have been used or damaged in any way.
Goods must still be sealed within their bag.
Any goods returned to us that do not meet the legal requirements under the Distance Selling Regulations will not be considered suitable for reimbursement.
