Overseas shipping pricing ... Due to pay pal rules I only ship express mail so that I can supply the winning bidder , pay pal , and myself with a tracking number. If I cannot supply the winning bidder and pay pal with a door to door tracking number , not like priority that just tracks inside the USA , then in the case of a pay pal complaint i will be the one that looses the money. I have had a few dishonest buyers of late that have put me in position to where I will only ship with a true door to door tracking number. The best form that I have found with door to door tracking is USPS Express flat rate on smaller items and USPS Express on larger items. Flat rate packaging from USPS is $31. As long as the item is under 4 lbs and it fits I ship using this. So if you buy 5 items , they fit in the package, and weigh less than 4 lbs it will still be $31. It doesn't matter if it is a head lock or two sets of cranks and two pedal sets combined. If it fits it ships for the same rate. I always combine shipping so that it will save you money using this method. For those of you that were honest buyers through the years I was glad that I could offer you low rates for many years but like anything good . It only takes a few bad apples to ruin it for us all. So now it is door to door tracking for both of us .
