Get the most out of Klean-Strip Prep-All ULTRA Universal Surface Cleaner with its dedicated 1 liter (33.8 oz) pump sprayer. Prep-All ULTRA is made to be applied with a pump sprayer, and this one is built for it: fill it from the gallon, pump the handle 20 to 30 times, and spray a fine, even coat that stays active longer and wipes clean before sanding, priming and painting. The adjustable nozzle goes from a wide mist for hoods, roofs and doors to a narrow jet for seams, emblems, trim and wheel wells, so you use less product and get less overspray than wiping from an open can. Many general-purpose handheld sprayers use nitrile seals, which prep solvents can break down quickly. This sprayer uses FKM (fluoroelastomer) seals, a polyamide pump and stainless steel springs, so it keeps sealing and holding pressure through regular use with Prep-All ULTRA and other wax and grease removers and surface cleaners. A 360 degree flexible suction tube lets you spray upside down or at steep angles on lower panels and rocker sills, the pistol grip and trigger reduce hand fatigue, and an automatic pressure relief valve keeps tank pressure within a controlled working range. After each use, release pressure by slowly unscrewing the pump head after use and rinse the pump with clean water or a suitable cleaning agent. Occasionally oil the pump piston to keep pumping smooth. Do not use with acetone, lacquer thinner or liquids hotter than 86 F (30 C), and do not leave the tank pressurized for long periods or in direct sunlight.
