Vintage Poland Peach and Multicolored Hand Blown Mercury Glass Round Reflector Hand Painted Christmas Ornament Butterfly 2”

Add a touch of mid-century charm to your holiday decor with this beautiful vintage mercury glass teardrop Christmas ornament. Hand-blown in Poland during the 1950s or 1960s, this ornament features a classic "fat teardrop" or oblong shape with double-pointed ends.

The ornament is beautifully styled with vibrant cobalt blue caps flanking a matte champagne/cream central band. Circling the center are three detailed, hand-painted blue butterflies, each resting above a delicate three-leaf stencil accented with textured mica glitter.

The original scalloped metal retainer cap is securely intact and clearly stamped "POLAND," confirming its authentic vintage European origin.

• Length: Approximately 2 inches (from the top of the glass neck to the bottom pointed tip)

Condition:

Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks to the glass. It exhibits a beautiful patina with very minimal, age-appropriate wear. There is light, standard aging/silvering fade near the top cap which is perfectly typical for authentic mid-century blown glass.
