For your consideration is a genuine Husqvarna Marking snap-on Presser Foot. It is for making fringe and "tailor tacks" by machine. Number 4118503 imprinted on the top of the foot; 411 85 03-45 on the packaging. The current retail price online is $33.65. I found information about this foot online:
Transfer pattern markings with thread tacks. Use decoratively to create open/ladder seams or loops that can be fringe or animal hair. Zigzag stitch, length 1.5-2.5, width 3. Snap on Marking Foot. Reduce tension slightly.

This was in a large estate sale purchase. The former owner had stored each of her feet in a plastic container with the packaging folded up with it. There was no Husqvarna sewing machine at the sale, but I had clearance from the husband to purchase these feet.
