All electrical works without issue. Includes crystal strands, but does not have enough to complete the chandelier making this piece incomplete. Each light socket has a plastic white case, some have cracks. Frame of chandelier is free of issues and is a sturdy piece. Some of the tope sections of the chandelier have paint/color creases. No chips. All crystals are free of any issues. Chain is not connect to the top of the chandelier.
