Athearn HO Blue Box New York Central PA Unit #4211 Powered Unit A. This unit is tested and runs well. The headlight works. The details parts and couplers need to be applied. they are included.

Please understand that these old Athearn units are good runners, but they are not quiet like the newer more modern models. They make noise when they run and that is normal. They do not run exceptionally well or smooth at very low speeds. They are basic models.
