This is a very nicely customized Crown Premiums 1957 Chevy Nomad sedan delivery that has fantastic custom changes to it plus additional customizations made.

The model has TONS of custom features including:

- custom front chrome grill and painted front bumper.

- custom paint that is a cherry almost candy red with lots of chrome; the overall paint scheme is red and white on the outside AND interior, which looks very cool and custom.

-a flip up front-fenders/hood one piece to reveal the engine.

- the doors open “suicide”, and when you open the driver side door all the way out, it turns on the red lights throughout the bottom and inside of the model that really lights up and shows off all the beautiful red throughout the inside and outside of this custom model (see pictures 5, 15, and 18).

- custom details like white “SNAP-ON” wording on the other Sedan Delivery side.

- on both sides between rear chrome trim pieces that spreads out are many tiny small clever words “SNAP-ON” (see pictures 7, 8 and 13, 14).

- at the rear, it has the NOMAD vertical chrome strips on the tailgate and painted rear bumper.

- the 2-way tailgate opens with the top glass flipped up and the bottom tailgate opens down with a chrome stamped plate floor and a cool custom red/chrome “SNAP-ON“ tool chest that pulls out from the inside for display.

- one of the biggest custom changes made was adding a 409 2X4 BL CARBS/425 HP diecast/plastic high performance engine/trans. that came out of a LIMITED ADDITION and EXPENSIVE WCPD (WEST COAST PRECISION DIECAST) diecast model, the 1964 Chevy Impala SS 409), one of the best renditions of the stock 409/425HP engine/trans. in 1:24 scale out there! Lots of chrome (especially the chrome very cool and hot rod looking dual snorkel air cleaner), extreme detailing throughout the engine, and you will seldom see if ever other models that have one of those engines taken out of an expensive WCPD model and put into another model.

- another standout custom feature added to this model are the added WWW tires with chrome five spoke American Racing mag wheels (the rear slicks are taller/wider than the fronts).

- a very detailed undercarriage, including custom chrome independent front/rear suspension, and a full chrome dual exhaust system with “Cherry Bomb” mufflers added (see cool added chrome dual exhaust in pictures 10, 13 and 21).

NOTE: Wheels do not spin and front wheels do not turn left or right, so it requires very careful handling as this model is fragile! THIS MODEL IS NOT A TOY TO BE PLAYED WITH, AND IS ONLY MEANT FOR DISPLAY.

LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL THE PICTURES AS I CAN’T GUARANTEE THAT THERE’S NOT A PIECE(S) UNACCOUNTED FOR OR MODIFIED.
