Here is a vintage Sunnen auto tool.
I don’t know too much about it, I think it’s for checking the straightness of rods.
The handles moves freely, and is spring-loaded to operate a small platform.
The paint is chipping off in a lot of areas, and will probably need to be repainted eventually.
