Signed Skeeter Vail Navajo Redware Pottery Olla Jar - Kokopelli & Geometric Design
A beautiful, authentic contemporary Native American Navajo pottery jar hand-crafted and signed by acclaimed artisan Skeeter Vail.
This piece features a striking intercultural Pueblo-inspired style. It is designed with fine, hand-painted matte black slip geometric band patterns along the upper shoulder and includes a stylized, highly dynamic depiction of the fertility deity Kokopelli (the flute player) on the lower body. The details are set against a vibrant, smoothly burnished redware clay body.
The underside of the pot is clearly incised with the artist's signature: "Skeeter Vail / Navajo".
Dimensions: 3" high and 5" wide.
Condition: This vintage piece is in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, structural issues, or past repairs. It exhibits only minor shelf wear on the bottom base consistent with age and gentle display. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully as they form part of the physical description.
A wonderful, collectible addition to any collection of Southwestern art, Native American decor, or fine Indigenous pottery! Will be packed securely and shipped with care.
