Racing Champions/Ertl Plain White Autograph 1/24 NHRA Funny Car.  These were produced in the early to mid 2000s to be used for autographs.  Great way to be able to gather multiple autographs from drivers on one piece.  I don't believe these are made anymore, so they've gotten a little hard to find.  Box shows typical wear for a piece of this age.  The brace to prop the hood open is taped to the bottom of the box, which is why it is not used in the picture.
