Can I exchange an order?
No, we do not exchange items.
In the event you change your mind, you can return an online item for a full refund only. For details on returning, please check the Returns section.

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
Please return each order separately and include any packaging that forms part of the goods with your valid proof of purchase.
However, if your order/s was delivered in one package, please return the same as the one delivered.

As a UK-based company, we ship internationally to over 150 countries and use a variety of delivery partners, i.e. Royal Mail, DPD and UPS. Full order tracking is provided where possible.

Every day, we process hundreds of orders from around the world. However, before any order is dispatched, it must first pass through our meticulous quality control checks. Once your order meets our high standards, it will be sent out for delivery. We’ll keep you informed about the tracking of the order as soon as it’s in the hands of our reliable delivery partners.

We aim to pick up your order and dispatch it within 24-hrs subject to when it’s placed and passing quality control. However, once your order has left our warehouse and is within our delivery partner’s network, we have no control beyond this point.

If your order does not arrive on time, please check with your delivery partner first before contacting us.

Can I cancel or make changes to my Order?
Once you’ve placed your order, it will go through the system immediately so we can get it to you as quickly as possible.
However, we know people change their minds, find a cheaper option or place in error. If this is the case, please contact us ASAP, as there is a limited window for us to cancel and refund your order.
