IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All sales outside the European Union are suspended, there is too much customs documentation to fill and too many delays, I’m sorry but I don’t want to take the responsibility anymore.
If you would like to consider other payment and shipping methods please contact me and let’s see if we can find a solution.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE FOLLOWING NOTES:
-I don’t sell anything to people with zero or negative feedback or accounts created just before the order, or inactive for a very long time. Any order received from these kinds of accounts will be cancelled so get in touch with me first.
-A local pickup is always possible and preferred, I live very close to the Venice Airport and train station.
-I usually ship on Monday or Tuesday to avoid having the package sit in a depot over the weekend but I take up to 5 working days to carefully prepare the package.
-I do not accept returns unless the item arrives broken by the courier, in that case, please quickly provide me with pictures of the package and the damage.
-If you would like to purchase multiple instruments from my listings please contact me and I will create a personalized listing for you.

EXTRA FEES:
-Unfortunately, eBay has a currency conversion fee for any order paid with a currency other than Euro. Here is all the information you need based on your country.
EU COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT PAYMENT CURRENCY THAN EURO:
(Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania)
If you live in one of these EU countries with a primary payment currency other than the Euro (€), a 2% conversion fee on the total cost will be applied, please send me a message and I will quickly calculate it, unfortunately this fee is applied also if you pay in Euro so it’s not avoidable.
Sweden is not in the list because it is considered by eBay a Euro country so no extra fees for you my Swedish friends!
UK, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, USA & CANADA:
I had to set a very high shipping cost as all shipping outside the European Union is now suspended, I decided to do it this way so the listing is still visible worldwide and you may decide to come for a local pickup.
OTHER COUNTRIES:
Most of the time it is almost impossible to ship stuff outside the indicated countries but feel free to contact me and I will quickly check the possibilities.
Sometimes I’ve shipped stuff to Japan or Korea but not recently so I can’t guarantee.
Please expect to pay also a 4/5% extra fee for the currency conversion.
