Original August 1937 issue of Silk Stocking Stories, Volume 1, Number 10, featuring a colourful illustrated cover.

Cover-listed stories include “A Girl for the Evening” by Ann Goodenough, “She Played the Game” by Fritzi Wood and “Amateur Burglar” by Atwater Culpepper. The back cover features a period Remington Noiseless portable typewriter advertisement.

Complete with all pages present. An interesting example of 1930s American publishing for collectors of vintage magazines, illustration and period advertising.

Nice mag.

Happy to combine postage on multiple lots. Please see my other Stocking Parade and vintage magazine listings.
