What condition are the bikes in?

Every bike is inspected and serviced by our technicians. Used bikes may show minor signs of wear, but each one is fully functional and ready to ride. Anything worth knowing is in the condition report above.

How is my bike delivered?

UK bikes are hand delivered unboxed by our specialist bike courier, fully set up. International orders are professionally boxed and insured.

What does the warranty cover?

Every bike comes with a 3 month warranty covering mechanical faults not caused by normal wear and tear.

Can I view or test ride it first?

Yes, by appointment in central Birmingham, close to the motorway and train stations. A deposit is needed before a test ride. Message us through eBay to arrange it.

Can I part exchange?

Yes: bikes, cars, watches and precious metals. Your bike doesn't need to be perfect; we assess condition, age and market value for a fair price.

Do you ship abroad?
