All of our parts are used vehicle parts unless specifically stated otherwise. As a result, items may show signs of previous use, including scratches, scuffs, marks, stone chips, , fading, wear and other age-related cosmetic imperfections.

We make every effort to accurately describe each item and provide clear photographs. The photographs form an important part of the description and show the actual item being sold.

Please carefully inspect all photographs before purchasing. If there is anything you are unsure about, or if you require further information or photographs, please contact us before purchasing and we will be more than happy to help wherever possible.

Please remember that a used part should not be expected to be in the same condition as a brand-new item.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and normally within 24 hours of purchase, subject to payment being cleared and the order being received during our normal working period.

Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Once dispatched, we aim for delivery to be completed within approximately 48 hours, although delivery times are dependent on the courier and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, traffic, operational delays, remote locations, peak periods, Bank Holidays or other courier-related issues.

The delivery timeframe is therefore an estimated delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery time.

All items are securely packaged and appropriately protected before dispatch. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, weight and fragility of the item.

If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us first and give us the opportunity to investigate and chase the courier before opening an eBay case or requesting a refund.

📦 UK MAINLAND DELIVERY 

If you are located outside UK mainland, including certain areas of Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or other offshore locations, please contact us before purchasing so that we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide any applicable additional delivery cost.

Please do not assume that free delivery applies to areas outside standard UK mainland courier services.

🔍 DELIVERY INSPECTION 

For larger, fragile or easily damaged items, please inspect the package and item carefully upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item where possible.

For fragile items such as headlights, tail lights, grilles, mirrors, body panels and other breakable vehicle parts, items are checked and appropriately packaged before dispatch.

We ask that customers inspect these items as soon as possible after delivery and contact us immediately if any damage has occurred during transit.

📫 RETURNS & ISSUES  

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photographs for every item we sell.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs and details of the issue where appropriate.

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and all packaging materials, as these may be required when investigating a courier damage claim.

We will always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and promptly.

Please note that removing, modifying, dismantling, altering, fitting or attempting to repair a part after delivery may affect our ability to investigate a reported issue.

Where appropriate, please contact us before carrying out any modification, repair or dismantling of the item.
