I personally make sure your item is secured in a strong cardboard box when needed with bubble wrap and taped up properly. With fragile stickers for extra precaution.

Upon any refund return postage and outbound postage is not refunded it will be deducted from your total. Unless it was genuinely my mistake.

Fraudulent returns are taken very seriously and the police will be involved if necessary.

If you have any issues with your purchase I would much prefer you send me a message so we can try and remedy the situation before a case is opened. For refunds or partial refunds on any item issues, you will need to return the item for me to inspect for this to be completed.
