Vintage Agfa Flashlight-Lamp for Magnesium flash powder. About 1909. It has it's original box and instructions. There are a couple of little spoons and a little measure which is an extra, not made by Agfa. It has what I think is a bakelite handle. I haven't tried it with flash powder however it does produce a very nice spark when wound up and released. A really rare item particularly with all it's accessories.
