Measures 13.25cm tall by 14.75cm diameter.

A very attractive and quite large antique arts and crafts copper canister or biscuit box or tea caddy. Hand wrought with repousse pattern of flowers, stems and leaves and to the centre it has a large Ruskin pottery cabochon in turquoise and blue. The side of the box has a fine interlocking or mortice/tenon type seam. Made around 1890-1910 approximately. No makers marks that I can see but possibly by the Keswick School of Industrial Arts having seen similar types of boxes. The inside is tinned. Displays very well.

Condition is good.  No dents or splits to the copper. The pottery cabochon is good with no chips or cracks, just minor crazing. A little wear to darkening to the copper sides that could be polished up if desired or left to darken. Good warm patina to the copper. Minor wear here and there. See images.
