The Soo Line Railroad (historically operating tracks originally laid by the Minneapolis, Sault Ste. Marie and Atlantic Railway) had a depot in Canton, Wisconsin.

The railroad line runs parallel to U.S. Highway 8 through Barron County. While regular passenger and freight services at this location have long ceased, the original Soo Line Depot building in Canton still stands and has been converted into a private residence.
