We have been in the instrument retail business for over 25 years! We strive for complete buyer satisfaction with every sale. As such, we do have a couple of small requests to make your Ebay experience pleasant and fun.

1. We require an email from ALL zero feedback users prior to bidding.
2. Your bid is a legally binding contract.
3. Please pay within 48 hours of auction end- we are very accommodating- if you have a problem- please contact us.
4. If an item is damaged in shipping- please keep all packing materials and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.
5. We can accommodate most set up preferences on instruments if you contact us prior. But we are not responsible for costs incurred due to having an instrument set up to your preferences after receipt.
6. All electronics are for US 115/120v unless otherwise notated.
7. Flat rate shipping is for continental USA only- all other territories will be calculated.
8. Applicable state residents to pay sales tax- we don't 'charge' it- we just 'collect' it...
9. Please use the shipping calculator for overseas shipping.
10. Due to a high incidence of doorstep theft, everything we ship is signature required.
