Beautiful Eastman MD305 A-Style Mandolin featuring an Adirondack spruce top and the highly desirable wide-nut neck.

This is a gorgeous, beautifully crafted mandolin with a warm, rich and powerful acoustic voice. The Adirondack spruce top gives the instrument excellent projection, clarity and dynamic response, with a strong attack and excellent note separation.

The wide-nut configuration offers a little more room between the strings, making the instrument especially comfortable for chord work, melodic playing and players who prefer a more spacious feel.

Eastman is widely respected for producing exceptionally well-made acoustic instruments, and the MD305 is an excellent example of their craftsmanship. It has the look, feel and response of a serious professional-quality mandolin.

The classic A-Style body, elegant dark finish, traditional F-holes and beautiful appointments give this instrument a timeless appearance. It is equally well suited for bluegrass, folk, country, Celtic music, acoustic ensembles, studio recording and live performance.
