Vintage Sarah Coventry “First Lady” cocktail ring, a design introduced in 1960. A large, round clear rhinestone is surrounded by twelve smaller rhinestones and a textured silver tone rope border. An openwork setting adds detail along the sides, and the back is marked SAC inside a diamond-shaped cartouche.

The ring is currently approximately size 6.5 and has a sliding band for size adjustment.
