• The twist stepper must be inflated before use. Push in and press the knob (located between the pedals) while gently pressing down on the pedals to inflate the air bladder, then release the knob.
• Please ensure your foot is not near the pedal edge. If it moves close to the edge during exercise, stop and adjust your foot.
• It is recommended that adults should generally use levels 1–3, while lighter individuals and children can use levels 4–5.
