I am selling a stunning vintage black velvet and purple taffeta evening dress from the British Designer Laura Ashley.

The top of the dress is in a black velvet.

It has a V neck and there are seven black velvet covered buttons at the front.

The dress has long sleeves.

The skirt is in a purple taffeta fabric.

It has a subtle flower print running over it.

The dress has a separate purple taffeta wide belt that is worn at the waist.

There is a zip fastening running down one side of the dress.

This dress is a UK vintage size 14 modern day size 10

The fabric content is 73% Cotton and 27% Modal.

Measurements for the dress are - bust 38”

waist 29”

shoulder to shoulder 16"

sleeves 24" and

length 51”
