Soviet/Russian cine lens block LOMO OKC1-150-1 150mm f/2.8 T3.2 for 35mm movie cameras, made in 1982. It can be pretty easily adapted to most modern cameras thanks to its long register distance and M56x1 rear flange mount thread. It covers 35mm full frame and medium format sensor of Fuji GFX / Hasselblad XCD with no vignetting, with good sharpness and beautiful vintage cinematic character that LOMO lenses are famous for.

The glass is in excellent condition for its age, clear with no scratches, maybe a couple of tiny dust-like spots on the coating, no haze, no fungus, with a little bit of internal dust. Aperture opens and closes easily with no oil on diaphragm blades. There is no focusing helicoid. Cosmetically it looks good with some scuffs on the finish from use.
