Genuine antique condition. Exceptional casting detail with tight, flush seams and completely legible "CATSKILL MTS." and "PAT APPLD FOR" markings. Retains a beautiful, uniform original chocolate-brown finish with minor, honest surface wear on high points (snout, toes, edges of feet) consistent with a 120-year-old piece. Clean interior with its original flathead assembly screw intact. No cracks, breaks, or repairs.
