Some VHS tapes are movies. Some are artifacts. This is absolutely the latter.

Factory sealed 1988 Polka Dancin' Texas Style instructional VHS from Texas Dance Productions of Houston, Texas — an wonderfully obscure slice of late-'80s country-western dance culture that appears exceptionally difficult to find today.

Features Steve Clarkson & Roy Shafer, with dance coordinator Vickie Dunn, teaching everything from the Basic Step and Dance Hold to The Whip, Lariat and Continuous Turns — plus a bonus lesson on The Schottische, because apparently 1988 Texas wasn't messing around.

Best of all: this copy remains SEALED nearly four decades later.

An outstanding conversation piece for collectors of obscure VHS, Texas memorabilia, country-western history, regional media, sealed vintage video, or magnificently specific pieces of American pop culture.
