Vintage Westmorland Hen On Nest Blue Milk Glass salt cellar. There is one small chip on the edge of the bowl.  Not noticeable if displayed.  Early versions of the Westmoreland hens on nest were not marked with the W. This does have s light glow under 365 uv light - not captured well on my camera.
