This is an authentic Black Box Mochi doll featuring the exquisite Tenko (Heavenly Fox) limited makeup. Distributed through DOLK, this 1/6 scale cast doll comes with striking gold eyes, the original serial card, and the exclusive manufacturer's box. The Mochi line is celebrated for its unique, stylized proportions and expressive face sculpts.

    [Collector's Note]

Rarity: This Tenko makeup edition is a limited release and is highly sought after in the secondary market. Genuine Black Box dolls are becoming increasingly difficult to find, as the market is unfortunately flooded with unauthorized reproductions (recasts). This listing is for a guaranteed authentic item originally purchased from DOLK.

Appeal for Collectors: For serious BJD (Ball Jointed Doll) enthusiasts, owning a verified authentic piece with its original serial card and packaging is essential. The Tenko theme, inspired by Japanese fox spirits, adds a touch of mystical folklore to any collection.

Historical Background: Black Box is a premier doll studio known for blending artistic concepts with high-quality resin casting. The Mochi model remains one of their most iconic designs, representing a peak era of creative collaboration between Korean doll artists and Japanese distributors like DOLK.

    [Condition]

The doll is in good functional condition with smooth joint articulation. The eyes are currently held in place with masking tape for security. Please note that the resin body shows some slight yellowing due to age, which is common for older cast dolls. There are some minor stains on the original internal cushioning material. Includes the original box and authenticity card.
