Measures 45cm by 21.5cm and the panel thickness is 0.6cm.

A very attractive antique painting on paper laid on panel of “The Light of The World” after the Pre-Raphaelite artist William Holman Hunt. The original painted in 1853 and located at Keble College, Oxford. Well painted and with faded out colours that has probably occurred with age and storage. It appears to be painted on paper that is laid onto a mahogany panel. It does appear to have age and possibly from around 1880-1910 approximately. There are signs that it was once framed. There is some raised texture to some areas of the paintwork. As a decorative item it displays very well.

Condition is good. The colours appear to be a bit faded and may have been brighter. General wear to the surface with a few marks here and there. Minor wear around the edges. No splits or cracks to the wood. See images.
