This auction is for a spooky optical illusion style three 3 faced dog that is made so that it follows you around the room. It has the PAT NO 123112 on the bottom that was patented to Arthur W. Lindwall on June 1st, 1940, as a toy. The Weller Pottery Company also used the design and made this dog into a planter. The metal version is scarce because none were made after the war and most were melted down during the war. It's cast in white metal with a bronze wash. The brown felt is original, no dents, light finish wear, and dusty. Please see close up photos for approx. size and condition because they are part of the description also.
