If you want to learn to spin wool or silk or cotton you don’t need a lot of expensive equipment. These 3 d printed Turkish spindles are very beginner friendly. They are slightly used but in great condition. I learned to spin on the smaller one and have been able to spin very fine singles, the larger one I used for plying. Spindle spinning is an ancient craft, one that can be carried in your purse , no electricity required.

I have also included 1 oz of each of the following fibers: Montadale wool, Honey tussah silk, Merino wool, Silk hankie, Cotton, Merino silk and Wensleydale merino wool. There is also a knotty knoddy to wind the wool after it is plied.
