This is a 7 1/2" x 9" desk calendar holder.  I don't have the paper inserts, and don't know where you'd get them.  This has no breaks to the plastic. This is #136, made in Louisville Kentucky by Verona.   Winning bidder pays $7.20 shipping and handling for US sales. Always happy to combine shipping. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
