Our standard item condition categories for DVDs, CDs, VHS. Games etc:- are defined as follows:
- Brand New / Factory Sealed: The item is in its original shrink wrap or packaging, never opened, and shows no shelf wear. Factory flaws, if any, are rare.
- Like New: Opened but appears flawless. The disc has zero scratches, the case has no scuffs, cracks, or stickers, and all original inserts (booklets, maps, digital code sheets) are included.
- Very Good: Lightly used. The disc may have a few microscopic, superficial hairlines scratches that do not affect playback. The case may show faint shelf wear or minor indentations but remains intact.
- Good: Shows moderate signs of use. The disc has visible (but not deep) scratches, smudges, or fingerprints, but it still plays perfectly without skipping. The case may have minor cracks, spine wear, or original store stickers.
- Acceptable: Heavy use, but still fully functional. The disc has prominent scratches however these imperfections will not affect their playability.The case and cover may be damaged, or contain rental stickers, price tags etc.

Since this is a hobby and not my full-time job, I only post items twice a week (on Tuesday and Friday). Please note that your order will be shipped without tracking, as mentioned in the listing; however, I have provided an option for express shipping that you can choose at checkout if needed. Additionally, please understand that I am not Australia Post, so once I dispatch your order, the delivery time is beyond my control. Therefore, I recommend allowing an extra 5 days beyond eBay's expected delivery dates. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but there are times when Australia Post may experience delays.
