Overall condition isn't too bad but there are some marks to the carbon (see pictures). The hub bearings do run smooth and the wheel appears to be true. But I have not tested it on a bike, this was done by eye. 

Comes with an old tubular tire which will need replacing as it is perished. 

The aluminum braking surface does have some wear in places and also some minor wear to the carbon where it appears some badly adjusted brake pads have rubbed on the rim. Please see pictures.
