Nice leggings. Blue color. Pull on style with an elastic waistband. No pockets except for a hidden pocket in the back of the waistband. 

Made of 81% nylon and 19% elastane.

Measurements are: waist laying flat unstretched is 14 inches (stretches) and the inseam is 32 inches. The leg/cuff opening is 10 inches laying flat. The rise is 11 inches.
