Two pairs of 925 sterling silver earrings set with striking blue fire opal, offered together as one lot.

Both pairs feature vivid blue/turquoise opal with flashes of green which really come alive as the light changes.

The first pair are elegant articulated drop earrings with an open contemporary design. Each has two sections of blue fire opal beneath a curved upper section set with small pale blue/green accent stones.

The second pair are rectangular stud earrings, each set with a single blue fire opal panel.

Measurements:

• Drop earrings: approx. 30mm total length
• Main lower drop section: approx. 17mm
• Longer opal section: approx. 12mm
• Shorter opal section: approx. 10mm
• Stud earrings: approx. 9 x 6mm
• Opal panels to studs: approx. 7 x 4mm

Both pairs are stamped 925 for sterling silver.

The earrings are pre-owned and show light surface marks consistent with use. Please study the close-up photographs as these form an important part of the condition description.

Please note: one of the stud earrings is missing its butterfly back. A replacement 925/suitable butterfly could easily be sourced.

The small accent stones in the drop earrings have not been independently identified, and the opals have not been laboratory tested, so no claim is made regarding treatment or origin.
