This is is complete and unassembled but is missing the blueprint drawings. Will need an experienced builder to assemble.

This is from the Master Scale Series and includes documentation dated 1981. Original MSRP for this model was $165 (1981 prices).
It requires a .60 to .90 size gas engine or equivalent electric. This is a very nice vintage high end scale model.
