Offered is a lot of 100 uncirculated Lincoln cents that we removed from partial UNCIRCULATED ROLLS.  However, the coins have been poorly stored and have many problem coins...carbon spots, toning and minor marks are seen.  These coins have never entered circulation and many retain their original mint luster.
