Why collectors want this issue

• CGC 9.8 — top of the census for this issue, an investment-grade copy of a book that is very rarely found this high.
• Full appearance of Medusa of the Inhumans, in one of her best-known Silver Age Spider-Man crossovers.
• Classic John Romita Sr. cover with Medusa standing over a downed Spider-Man.
• Peak Lee/Romita-era Spider-Man storytelling, with Don Heck pencils over Romita layouts.
• A strong candidate for a registry or high-grade Spider-Man run set.

• Inks: Mike Esposito (as Mickey Demeo)
• Cover: John Romita Sr.
