**PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING/BUYING ITEMS**

USA Buyers->Due to the ever-changing rules and regulations regarding tariffs, and because Ebay has not created their own way to properly handle tarrifs being applied to purchases at point of sale, we have created a new method to properly adjust for you, the buyer, to pay the appropriate tariffs for any item purchased as an auction. 

If you place a bid on an item, and you are the winning bidder, we will issue you an invoice at the close of the auction, which will have an updated price that includes the appropriate tariffs and processing fees through Zonos. It will either be added onto the original shipping cost, or, be added as a handling fee. We will run the item through the Zonos app to get the correct quote and then add it to the invoice. Please keep in mind, that the clothing category has incurred higher tariffs, and there are different rates dependent on the country of origin. These rates can go up to 25%. Items that are Made in the USA do incur lower rates than other countries. You will be paying the tariff rate/fee, the processing fee that Zonos charges, and Ebay fees to cover the fees that Ebay will charge us on whatever the tariff/processing fees are. We are unwilling to absorb these costs as they have become quite high. 

If you are wanting to do a Buy It Now on an auction, you must first contact us so we can appropriately adjust the listing to factor in the new tariffs and processing fees. If you do not do this, and purchase the item, we will cancel the order, and you will have to repurchase after we have made the appropriate adjustments.

EU Buyers->Starting in July 2026, the EU has created a 3 Euro processing fee per item that is sent to the EU, that is valued at less than 150 Euros. You, the buyer, will be required to pay this fee once the item has landed in your country. We will not collect these fees at point of sale, rather, your country will directly charge these fees to you. It is completely up to you to pay this, as part of the Ebay terms and conditions.

New Zealand Buyers->New Zealand has introduced a new customs levy on April 1, 2026, that applies to goods entering the country that are valued at NZD $1,000 or less). The fee is $2.21 NZD per item. We will not collect this fee from you at the point of sale, rather, once the item enters the country, you will be required to pay this directly to the New Zealand government. It is completely up to you to pay this, as part of the Ebay terms and conditions.

We will closely monitor the changing dynamics for each country/region, and make appropriate changes as necessary.
