Vintage Anchor Hocking covered pedestal compote in the Old Colony pattern, also known as Lace Edge Milk Glass.

This lovely serving or display piece features glossy opaque white milk glass, a pierced lace border with repeating heart-shaped openings, a pedestal base, and its matching domed lid. The glass was produced in a mold, and visible pressed-glass seams are an expected manufacturing characteristic.

Anchor Hocking produced the Old Colony milk-glass pattern from approximately 1959 through 1976. The complete covered compote is less commonly found than the open version.

Measures approximately 7 inches across. Please see the measurement photos for additional dimensions.

A charming vintage piece for displaying wrapped candy, trinkets, seasonal décor, or a milk-glass collection.
