UPDATE
Re-listed as it developed a misfire which was due to a loose HT lead, followed by me not re-listing as was too close to Lindisfarne Festival, so enjoyed another long weekend there.

Just to clarify a few points
The vehicle is taxed as a Private HGV currently at £170 per year.
As it weighs over 3500kg  you need a C1 on your licence to drive it, and C1E if you wish to tow over 750kg

The mileage is 54030  miles

Can seat 7 with seat belts but realistically sleeps only 5 inside, but has the benefit of a large safari room included where more people could sleep or use as additional living space.
Has an Omnistor Awning that winds out and wind break when a less permanent recreational space is needed.
The unit can go off grid with large water tanks, solar panel and on board 240v generator along with built in lpg tank for cooking, warm air heating/ air conditioning, water heater and a large fridge freezer.
If "on site" it can be connected to mains water, and 240v electricity, there is also the option to connect bottled lpg.
The reliable petrol engine has under 55000 miles and was MOT in June 26
2 new leisure batteries fitted last year and new engine battery earlier this year 
4 new tyres this year for rear axle, plus new spare on roof, plus the 2 new tyres in 2025 on the front should give you many years of use.

The motorhome is coming up to its 40 birthday since being registered in UK so soon no more road tax but unfortunately I am also approaching a milestone birthday so may lose my C1 / C1E driving license and so need to sell.
