Returns & Warranty
- Item faulty / damaged in transit / wrong item received: contact us within 14 days of delivery — clear photos (or a short video) of the item and the fault are required before any return or replacement can be processed. Once verified, we cover the return postage (we will send a prepaid label or arrange pickup) and offer a replacement, parts, or a full refund.
- Change of mind: accepted within 14 days — item must be unused, in original packaging. The buyer pays the return postage, and the original postage cost is not refundable.
- Please always message us through eBay before returning anything — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
