We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We use top quality packaging materials and equipment.

We do not allow buyers to arrange their own shipping. However, we do not charge a fee for arranging the shipping for you. The cost of pallets or crates necessary for freight shipping may be extra. All orders are automatically shipped with added insurance that covers the full value of your purchase.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Shipping methods and carriers are chosen at our discretion. We use established national parcel and freight carriers and select the most reliable and economical service for each shipment. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.

Expedited and overnight services are available on request where the carrier offers them. Overnight service can only be arranged until 12:00 noon Pacific Time for us to ship the same day, and is not available on holidays or weekends. Please contact us to confirm we have received your expedited request.

If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped by standard postal service, without exception. Freight shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Freight

For larger and sensitive items that we have designated for freight shipment, please contact us for a shipping quote before you pay online. Items over 70 pounds will likely ship on a pallet or crate, whose costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Freight shipments require a quote before you can make payment. Please contact us with:

• Your shipping address
• Confirmation of whether your address is commercial or residential
• Whether you require a lift gate

Failure to provide this information could result in extra fees assessed by the carrier, and we may bill you for the difference.

Damage Shipments

If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before and after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box or crate before opening, and of the damaged product or products after opening. Contact us immediately through eBay messages with your order number and item description, along with the images, and we will begin the claim process for you. We manage your claim at no extra cost. However, failure to provide adequate and timely information may result in a claim being denied, which will affect our ability to offer a refund.

Free Pick up

Will-call is available for those arranging local pick ups. Commercial carriers do not qualify as local pick up. We do not charge an extra fee if you want to pick your item up. The item will only be available as a loose load and will not be prepared for shipping. If you require a pallet for transport, a fee may apply.

Special Packaging

We can have custom ISO certified heat-treated wood pallets, skids and crates built, if necessary. We do not charge a palletizing or packaging fee, but if your item requires a pallet, skid or crate, we will invoice you for the added costs.

International shipping

International orders need to contact us and ask for a shipping quote before purchase. All international customers are responsible for their country's duties and taxes. Please check your country's import requirements before purchasing.

We do offer international freight shipments. Simply contact us for a freight shipment quote according to the regular freight shipment instructions above.

International Shipping Restrictions

To be eligible for standard international shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least USD 150. To be eligible for international freight shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least USD 1,500.

We do not offer shipping to any country or party restricted under United States, European Union or United Kingdom law. All sales are subject to applicable export control and sanctions regulations.

All items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for return

Every item sold through LabTreasures is sold AS-IS, in its present condition and with all faults, without warranty of any kind. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, for compatibility with your application, or because an item did not perform as you had hoped. All sales are final.

Please read the description carefully, study the photographs, and ask us any questions before you buy.

The exceptions

We stand behind the accuracy of our listings. Contact us immediately if either of the following applies:

• The item you received is materially different from the listing description or the photographs, or
• The item arrived damaged in transit.

In either case we will make it right. See the Damaged Shipments section of the SHIPPING tab for what to send us on a transit damage claim.

How to raise an issue

1. Contact us before you return anything. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.
2. Tell us your order number, the item, and what is wrong, with photographs where relevant.
3. If a return is authorized, we will issue you a 13-digit Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number together with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not use the address on the original shipping label, as it may not be the correct return location.
4. Reference the RMA number on your shipping paperwork and include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Packing and return shipping

• The item must be returned either in its original packaging or professionally prepared for shipping. We recommend keeping the original packaging, pallet or crate until you are satisfied with the item.
• Where we authorize a return because the item was materially misdescribed or arrived damaged in transit, we cover the cost of return shipping.
• For any other return we may agree to at our discretion, arranging and paying for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. This includes freight, palletizing, crating, insurance, and any duties or taxes.
• Items must be returned complete, with all accessories, cables, manuals and parts that were supplied.
• Any damage that occurs during return shipping can delay, reduce or negate your refund.

Health and safety condition

To protect our staff and our customers, and because of the nature of many of the items we sell, any item that has been exposed to, contaminated by, or is suspected of exposure to communicable illnesses or biological contaminants, bodily fluids, biohazards, radiological materials, or unsanitary conditions may not be returned or exchanged. Where applicable, a completed decontamination declaration must accompany the returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return we will notify you and inspect the item to confirm its condition.
• We will notify you of the status of your refund within five (5) business days of receiving the item.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment where possible, or by check or store credit. When the credit reaches you depends on your bank or card issuer.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items that have been installed, modified, disassembled or otherwise altered from the condition in which they were supplied.
• Items returned without proof of purchase or without an RMA number.
• Items subject to the health and safety condition above.

Why this item is sold AS-IS

LabTreasures is our discount channel. Many of the items you will find here were previously offered through our other sales channels, where they may well have carried a warranty. On LabTreasures that warranty is no longer available, and the price reflects it. That is the reason these items are sold AS-IS.

AS-IS describes the terms of the sale, not the condition of the item. It does not mean the item is broken. Some items here are fully tested and in excellent working order. Others are untested, incomplete, or have a known fault. The description tells you which, and it is the most important thing on this page. Please read it carefully and study the photographs.

This item does not have a warranty

This item is sold AS-IS, as pictured and as described in the listing, in its present condition and with all faults. No warranty period, service contract, functional guarantee or right of return applies to this sale.
