Thanks to its classic design and its size, this buffet warmer is a real eye-catcher and will pique your guests' curiosity about its aromatic contents. With its 8.5 L capacity, you can serve many guests at the same time at large events with this chafing dish. The easy-to-remove 1/1 GN warming pan with a depth of 65 mm makes it easy to fill the chafing dish with freshly-cooked soup, gravy, chili con carne or vegetable stew direct from the stove.
The buffet dish is made of durable and scratch-proof materials – Stainless steel, tempered glass – and meets the high hygienic requirements of the catering industry. It also has a heat-resistant cool-touch handle that allows you to handle it without getting burnt. The heat-insulating lid impresses with its glass insert through which you and your guests can see the food without having to open the chafing dish. The cover can be easily folded upwards to remove and serve the food.
The chafing pan is easy to handle and flexible in use. The economical heating of the thin-walled container guarantees optimal heat distribution, which keeps your dishes ready to serve for several hours. In addition, the water serves as an ideal buffer so that the food inside the pot neither burns nor overcooks. Another advantage of the water bath: even when the flame of the fuel has gone out, the hot water keeps the food warm for some time.
The entire apparatus can be easily dismantled after use for cleaning and storage.
