• Free UK delivery by pallet or freight service. Your order arrives in 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
• We'll be in touch before it arrives. The courier will text or email you to arrange a delivery day. Please make sure your phone number on your eBay order is correct.
• Kerbside delivery. Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside or the ground floor at the front of your property. Drivers can't carry items upstairs or into your home, so please have help ready for heavy items like baths, enclosures and vanity units.
• Someone needs to be in to sign. If you need to change the delivery day, contact us through eBay as early as possible.
• Check your delivery before you sign. Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there. If anything looks damaged, write it on the delivery note and send us photos through eBay messages within 48 hours, so we can sort it out quickly.
• Access restrictions? If your road is narrow, has no access for large vehicles, or has a weight limit, message us before you buy and we'll check delivery can be made.

• Check the details before you buy. Please check the dimensions, colour and fittings in the listing against your space before ordering. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• What's included. Photos may show taps, wastes, screens, furniture or accessories for styling. Only the items named in the title and description are included.
• Returns. You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging, and return postage is paid by the buyer. Start your return through eBay so it's tracked and protected.
• Fitted items. Please check everything for damage or faults before fitting. Once an item has been installed, it can't be returned as an unwanted purchase. This doesn't affect your rights if the item turns out to be faulty.
• Faulty or damaged items. Contact us through eBay messages with photos and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Please report delivery damage as soon as possible (see Shipping).
• Installation. Products should be fitted by a competent installer, following the manufacturer's instructions and current regulations. Electrical items such as LED mirrors must be fitted by a qualified electrician.
• Warranty. Where a manufacturer's warranty is shown in the listing, it covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, or damage from harsh cleaning products.
• Cancellations. If you need to cancel, message us before your order is dispatched.
• Your rights. None of these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• 30-day returns. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return through eBay. Please start it through eBay rather than sending the item back directly, so it's tracked and protected.
• Condition. Unwanted items must be unused, unfitted, and in their original packaging with all parts and fittings included. We recommend keeping the packaging until you're ready to install.
• Return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage. Large items such as baths, enclosures and shower trays need to be well packed (and palletised if they arrived on a pallet) so they come back undamaged. Message us if you need help arranging this.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Contact us through eBay messages with photos. We'll cover the return cost and send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds. We refund the full item price within 2 working days of the item arriving back with us. If an item comes back used, fitted, damaged or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect its condition.
• Check before you fit. Please inspect everything for faults before installation. Fitted items can't be returned as unwanted, but this doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
