Returns- No partial refunds. Returns accepted as long as the item is returned in the same condition and passes our inspection for internal parts theft and switching. We attach holographic tamper tags that must be intact. Fraudulent returns will be reported to the proper authorities. The system includes the manual. It also has the original white glove and  extra replacement tube.
