Comes with a red lanyard. Has an eyeball instead of crocodile logo on the front strap. Not used, but maybe they were customized for someone.Measures approximately 2.5" wide by 4.75" tall.  It is designed to fit older, smaller devices or accessories with maximum dimensions of up to 2.5 inches wide, 4.5 inches tall, and about 1.18 inches deep.
